Alteon Health Leases 24,336 SF at Milestone Business Park

The J Street Companies represented leading healthcare solutions provider, Alteon Health LLC, in a new 24,336 square foot lease at 12420 Milestone Center Drive in Germantown, MD. The move to Milestone Business Park, from the firm’s prior location on Century Boulevard, represents a 43% expansion in the company footprint and provides their employees with a modern, updated environment.
